  "In Good Hands" is a Joke!! I was rear-ended by an 18 wheeler and Allstate wanted to use junk yard parts on our vehicle. I called our agent Dylan Kolarik twice and left messages with someone in his office for himself to return my call. That was after talking to him personally and he said he would call me back and never did so. Still have not had a return call from our agent! You are not in "Good Hands"with Allstate choose a different insurance company to protect your investment Allstate is not it!!! They say it is in your policy that they can put old used and or aftermarket parts that don't fit properly. Who reads every page of your policy to see what is covered ? They are just trying to get out the cheapest way possible. Sad part is the other insurance company accepted responsibility therefore Allstate would have been reimbursed. Now we have to start the process all over again with the other insurance company to see if our vehicle is even repairable. Allstate started out saying they didn't know if it was or not . The first estimate was high and then they came back with the lower estimate with used parts from LQK aka Pick a Part junk yard. Very disappointed with Allstate! It makes us wonder how they would handle our home owners insurance if God forbid something ever happened to our home.
