- DLDenis LufkinApr 15, 20265.0We had Allstate quotes from various agents, but I wanted an agent that was in my neighborhood. Macy took care of us and the entire experience has been terrific. She provided different options for minimizing our premiums for both auto and home, so I felt she was providing solutions rather than selling. We ran into an underwriting issue after the house inspection and they were on top of it, fighting for us immediately. This is a terrific agency.
