  I have been a loyal customer of Grant Gilliford for the past seven years, insuring all my vehicles and holding renters insurance for four years. Recently, I contacted your office to initiate a homeowners policy, only to discover a billing issue that stemmed from an error made by one of your customer service representatives. Rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, the representative asserted that the issue was due to my failure to follow up on canceling a policy I had requested to be canceled due to an ending lease. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed by the way this situation was handled. At the very least, a courtesy waiver could have been offered, but instead, it seemed the representative was more focused on deflecting responsibility. I went ahead and paid the outstanding amount to avoid potential issues with collections, but this experience has led me to reconsider my decision to purchase homeowners insurance through your company. Had the situation been addressed with more accountability and care, I would have continued my relationship with your firm. Loyal customers deserve better consideration and service.

  I called this agency looking for a rush job to secure five kinds of insurance (no kidding) that the company who asked me to fill in at the last minute were stipulating that I would buy. Senior Sales Rep Ana Oviedo attended to my request with professionalism, courtesy, and such a quick turnaround it almost gave me whiplash. Although the company later recanted their request, I remain very grateful for the way that Ana handled this request. She said she would make my request a priority and she did.

  I drove in to get 2 sausage biscuits . But they did not have any . Was not happy .
