  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While I had a bit of a rocky start when I first opened my policy, I’ve really come to appreciate Allstate over the years. I was with them for about four years for both my car and renters insurance before switching to Progressive due to a rate increase. However, I’m realizing how much I miss Allstate’s personal touch. One of the things I value most is being able to call the office and reach a live person within a few rings — someone who actually helps resolve issues right away. That level of customer care is something I haven’t experienced with Progressive. I’m planning to cancel my policy with them and call Oscar later this month to restart my coverage with Allstate. 4 stars because my rate went up significantly.

  They could use some developmental training on customer service and phone etiquette. They do not come across as very friendly at all. Not how you attract and retain customers.

  Agents are rude I called for a quote and the quote was given extremely fast as if they were trying to rush me off the phone. Not professional at all. That made my family and I just move forward with another insurance.

  Worst Insurance Branch ever,, Cristina always seem to change pricing.. when requesting a quote..I have home coverage with them and will request to witch soon. .. I received a call from Mr. Frank this morning to discuss his employee job performance.. He is just like her.. I will make a report to Allstate.. he is very unprofessional he agree with his employee low profile performance.. I do not recommend as a agent.
