- KMK MOct 27, 20254.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While I had a bit of a rocky start when I first opened my policy, I’ve really come to appreciate Allstate over the years. I was with them for about four years for both my car and renters insurance before switching to Progressive due to a rate increase. However, I’m realizing how much I miss Allstate’s personal touch. One of the things I value most is being able to call the office and reach a live person within a few rings — someone who actually helps resolve issues right away. That level of customer care is something I haven’t experienced with Progressive. I’m planning to cancel my policy with them and call Oscar later this month to restart my coverage with Allstate. 4 stars because my rate went up significantly.
