  I called Paige Opal regarding adding a new car to my Allstate account and it was like talking to my best friend in the insurance business. Being professional and personable at the same time is both art and skill and not easily accomplished. They have a jewel here in customer service. I wish only I had more cars to add to my account!

  I can’t say enough good things about Paige O. She was incredibly patient, calm, and polite when I called with questions about my home and auto insurance. I was initially frustrated and upset about my policy increase, but Paige took the time to walk me through my policy, clearly explain why it went up, and offer several options to help lower my monthly auto payments. The empathy and understanding she showed throughout the call were truly appreciated. If you need auto insurance, I highly recommend asking for Paige, she will walk you through everything step by step.

  Paige Opal at the Brandon Walters Agency was very helpful in getting us a new homeowners insurance policy. She reached out to me since we have already had auto insurance with Allstate for many years. Paige assured me that she could get us a lower premium on homeowners if we were to bundle. Paige was able to get us basically the same coverages that we had at Safeco for nearly half of their price. She was not pushy at all, worked with our hectic schedules, and was available to answer all of our questions as they came up. Thank you Paige
