  These guys are fantastic. I would normally struggle to see how an insurance brokerage could excel because it seems like you just have insurance required by a mortgage holder or to avoid getting a ticket for not having it. But we found some pretty good reasons. First for us is service. That means on the rare occasion that we call - they always call back - several times in the last couple days because I missed their calls. Another reason: flexibility with claims. We got hit from the side during the supply-chain crisis and the car took a month to repair so they allowed us to claim a month’s worth of Lyft charges. Sure, it saved them but it also saved us having to rent. Brings me to the last reason, which is how smooth and easy the claim was paid out. Immediately, and without any b.s. excuses. Their app is robust and reliable too. So, could we find cheaper premiums? Sure. But we value our time and it’s not worth having to beg for each and every claim item if something happens. Especially at a stressful time like after a car accident or fire or something like that.

  The adjuster handle my claim with deity and respect and following up on my claim. Also reaching to others and making sure to the project get resolved in a timely matter. Even if they weren't able to answer my call. I would receive an wet the end of the day.

  I called today to ask questions about my new policy to understand it. I spoke to Shantee . When I was on the phone awhile talking withShantee said just a second. She hand me over to Paul Bolden. He got on the phone and was very rude to me and said he had been over this new policy 100 times and that she can not answer any more questions for me. He had also called me last week and talk to me in a bad way also. I called another day and Brian answer the phone. I told him I want to talk to Paul Bolden. He said he was not available. He would leave a message for him. He did not returned my call. He had Shantee call me and she said that i can call her from now on. He was dodging me. I treated him with the most respect. I never talk to him a rude way. Thats no way you treat your customers at all.

  They are friendly and always available when I have questions. They are knowledgeable about the products Allstate provides. I trust them to advise me on products that fit my needs as a consumer. If something isn't correct they are quick to make the correction and keep me informed about the changes made. Thank you for being a force for good and keeping me in your good hands.
