As someone who who worked in insurance for 14+ years & been in customer facing jobs all my life it is refreshing to work with someone who has not forgotten what customer service means. I do not believe the customer is always right, but I do believe you need to be able to listen and be able to address the things you have control over and let the customer know you are there for them which is exactly what Amber did for me recently regarding a situation which in no shape or form had anything to do with the agency. Very happy with them!
