- MMMekailah McChristonJun 16, 20241.0I will never ever use All State Insurance again. I've had the worst experience. I've been a loyal paying customer for years. I've always had my account on autopay. One month my payment bounced unbeknownst to me, and my policy was dropped without any type of notice. Not one phone call. And once I realized I was dropped, I immediately called to make a payment. But when I did, I was told they wouldnt reinstate my policy. For the past 6 months, many insurance companies wouldn't even give me a policy. This is insane, and no way to treat a loyal customer who just fell off for one month. Since my auto policy was dropped, I'll be cancelling my homeowners policy as well and switching to State Farm.
