  Irma was wonderful to work with. Against all odds she found us a lower rate than all the other agents we spoke with. They were prompt to send over paperwork and I liked that we could communicate largely over text message since calls are always trickier to do for me.

  I will never ever use All State Insurance again. I've had the worst experience. I've been a loyal paying customer for years. I've always had my account on autopay. One month my payment bounced unbeknownst to me, and my policy was dropped without any type of notice. Not one phone call. And once I realized I was dropped, I immediately called to make a payment. But when I did, I was told they wouldnt reinstate my policy. For the past 6 months, many insurance companies wouldn't even give me a policy. This is insane, and no way to treat a loyal customer who just fell off for one month. Since my auto policy was dropped, I'll be cancelling my homeowners policy as well and switching to State Farm.

  Called for a quote with Erma, she had the quotes emailed to me in no time. I was very impressed how quickly she was able to get them to me. Plus the quotes were way lower than what I was paying at Statefarm! I definitely recommend this Allstate to anyone looking for quotes for a better price! 👍🏼
