  I had an unfortunate number of headaches with my last provider, and only continued to work with them because I thought it was normal, but Dawn completely redefined my perspective. She was extremely helpful when I called about my previous policies, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through my options in a way that was easy to understand and didn't make me feel rushed. I really appreciate the great service and support.

She has been professional, patient, and explained my coverage options in a way that made the process feel easy. I've had a very easy time over the phone with her, and greatly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. I couldn't be more happy with the coverage and customer service I ended up with.

  I have 2 opinions regarding your Rep. ‘s service, 1st the original agent Dawn, that signed me up didn’t follow up to submit my new coverage to my mortgage lender. I received notices that the mortgage company was acquiring insurance as NO confirmation had been received. I contacted an Agency rep. twice over the last 2 months. After receiving a final notice from the mortgage company that they were acquiring a policy for me I retracted Allstate and talked to Veronica. The most recent contact with Veronica was much better. She took immediate action , keeping me informed regarding the notification to my mortgage company. I give her a 5 and Dawn a 3. thus my rating of 4 average.
