  Sending advertising that looks like a W-2 in the mail during tax season is trashy. If you aren’t honest in presentation then I can imagine you aren’t honest about the lowball quote inside.

  Rachel at the Shannon Geno Allstate Insurance office is outstanding! We had a board strike our windshield and Rachel made sure we were able to file the claim and also made sure the car was repaired to our satisfaction. I recommend her and the Geno Agency.

  Insurance costs are at an all time high and still climbing. For this reason I thoroughly reviewed my existing insurance providers home and auto declarations and projected renewal premiums. I’ve had zero homeowners insurance loss claims and zero vehicle claims, however these positive factors were not being identified nor effectively recognized as a cost savings toward my policy of good standing and claim free with never late, electronic draft monthly premiums paid. Therefore I contacted Allstate insurance for a bundled insurance policy quote consisting of multiple vehicles, homeowner policy and a Travel trailer. Upon completion of a very thorough review with Veronica at Shannon Geno Allstate insurance Agency specific to my policy declarations and coverage requested, I’m more than thrilled that not only were my previous policy limitations increased, as well as additional coverages added, the monthly premiums were greatly reduced and more affordable than I imagined they would be. Veronica was very professional and extremely knowledgeable assisting me during our conversation and explained in simplistic understanding of a complex system which made things clear for my needs. I greatly appreciate this opportunity to now becoming an Allstate Insurance policy holder and look forward to a long term peace of mind knowing my family and I are in “Good Hands”.   I responded to a letter in the mail - what I received was more. A lovely lady named Dawn walked me through very detail of my policy. I had a big hole in my coverage which she explained and then fixed for pennies. The price wasn't what was on the letter, it ended up being a little lower. I saved thousands and will be telling everyone about this agency. It was a great Christmas present!

  I had a great experience working with Veronica Aponte. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me adjust my vehicle coverage to lower my payments and still have great coverage. She also explained insurance terminology and coverage definitions that I was unaware of, which allowed me to make a good decision. I am very happy with the service provided.
