We are seniors on a fixed retirement income, I'm a caregiver for my husband, and life has changed a lot in the last couple of years with his medical needs. I was too frazzled to understand the line items on our policy any more and needed to find ways to get the premium down. With much patience and compassion, Lisa went over every part of our policy, proactively helping me reassess our current needs and situation. I was dreading making this call because everything seems so hard and getting more expensive. But by the time Lisa was done, hundreds got shaved off our bill, while the benefits increased! I actually had tears of joy. True story. Thank you Lisa, thank you Allstate!
