Miranda is very, very helpful and I just wanted to share my positive experience especially after my very negative experience with State Farm. The State Farm agent was nice but he actually apologized for the combative attitude of the State Farm adjusters that tried, unsuccessfully, to duck a valid claim. So I decided to ditch State Farrm and I'm so glad I did. With the Melissa Gil Allstate agency I've had no difficulties at all. Thank you, Miranda and Melissa Gil for being the kind of agency that people can trust when they need your help.
