- MSMatt StuevFeb 23, 20261.0We have been with this insurance company for at least 25 years probably more; hell my grandparents signed up with this agent. Never asked for anything from them. The one year where a family crisis took it's toll and state farm did not even try to help me. My car got hit, parked on the side of the road where I live. They turned it over to corporate and denied any claim. So much for any kind of loyalty or good faith. They had no way of paying online or through the APP; which for me is a problem due to random work hours and sleep patterns(Pay via phone call only.) I spent near 700 dollars catching up on my insurance over the phone after I found out it had lapsed; they took my payment and then told me to kick rocks. I could have spent that 700 on a used hatch to fix my Van. Don't expect much from Francisco Aguilar.... I will gladly pay more per month somewhere else. BTW I was paying nearly 300 a month for 2 vehichles for 2 drivers. In all fairness one was full coverage.
