  Lost a good customer here. For a long time, I was paying around $300 per month for liability only. I've called in the past and asked about it, and was even told by an agent that I was paying too much for just liability. But nothing was done to correct it. Nobody from the agency ever reached out to me on their own to try and help me lower the cost. I just paid it thinking this agency would help me out in any unforseen circumstance. Upon becoming unemployed, I had to call myself and ask for a lower price and kept up with the payments until now. Now, that I am financially struggling, No payment, no coverage. So, basically, nobody cared when I was overpaying for such a long time. Now, nobody cares that I as a long time customer is going through a financial hardship either, even though I've been a loyal customer for 10+ years. That tells me all I need to know about what kind of circus I was dealing with. I never accept anything for free. I was not looking for a handout. I was willing to accept accrued charges and backpay every single one of those charges immediately upon acquiring new employment. Any help is better than no help But now, when luck picks up, I'm definitely taking by business elsewhere. UPDATE: And the blessings keep on coming. Started a new job Jan 1st, and got quoted for a lot less lower price. From you all charging me $300 for liability only, and cutting the price only 50%, while State Farm cut it an even further 33%. Hahaha. You all ripped me off for far too long. Good bye Allstate. 👋

  This insurance company have been serving us for over 12 years. They are very professional and courteous. They have never given cause to even consider a new company. I would highly recommend them.
