I have been representing Allstate since 2007. The best part about what I do is that customers can take comfort in knowing they are in Good Hands. My agency can be described as friendly, courteous, and professional. We also speak Spanish.
Terrible customer service, upsells, overchages, and no reliable answers or solutions. I was a loyal customer until he got greedy and irresponsible.

Last year I switched to Allstate for my homeowner and auto policies, but I made the switch through the website. Every single time I had a question or concern it took forever to reach a competent person via the toll-free number, and even then I would get conflicting information. Frustrated, I popped in to Al's office, and even though I wasn't his customer, Al and his team were 100% ready to help...and actually provided the information I needed. I went home, called Allstate, and switched my agent to Al Armadillo. When great customer service is right in your neighborhood, I have no idea why someone would deal with anyone else. A-plus!!
