  We had Allstate property insurance for a short time. After getting it, we were told on (8/19) by this agency that Allstate did an inspection and we needed to replace our roof to keep our policy (within 45 days). Later, I learned that the 45-day limit actually started almost a week before we were informed by this agency and we only had until 9/24 to have it replaced. We were also told we could request an extension with proof that work had started, which we did, but it was denied and Allstate canceled the policy the next day. We scrambled to get the roof replaced within the shortened time frame and Allstate surely didn't care. I mistakenly said that we sent photos of the completed work, but it was photos of proof that work was beginning that we sent. We didn't need to send completion photos as we had to acquire different insurance by then. We switched to a different insurance and told this agency that we would never be Allstate customers again because of our experience, and requested to be removed from their solicitation emails, but they continue to have their agents email us. Not just once by a single agent accidentally as Josh claims, but now by a second agent multiple times. Josh claimed they have a "do not solicit" list, but either that's a lie or the agents are too incompetent to know how to use it. Either way, I'd stay from Allstate and this agency.

  I have great experiences with Allstate. I have had three claims over 2016 thru 2021. Each claim was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Allstate.
