After collecting my personal info and my family info, they told me that they only cater to customers who want to bundle auto and home into one policy. Y'all should have opened with that info first when customers call in, not after collect all their PII. If you value your privacy and don't want your info to be sold to a 3rd party, stay away from this place. Edit to add a response to the owner: Thank you for your response. I appreciate the explanation, but I’d like to share some additional feedback regarding my experience. I just began shopping for home insurance yesterday, so I was surprised to hear that I’ve supposedly submitted over 20 quote requests. Not sure if you got the right me with that many records you guys collected. Regardless, I believe it would have been more transparent to inform me upfront that Allstate agents would not be able to offer a home insurance policy without bundling it with auto coverage. That kind of clarity early on would have saved time and avoided the unnecessary collection of my personal information. While I understand that personal data is needed to generate quotes, collecting sensitive information only to later disclose that a policy cannot be offered due to bundling requirements feels misleading. Transparency from the beginning is key to building trust, and I hope your agency considers adjusting how this is communicated to future clients.
