NO, that is not the case. St Farm denied my home owners hail claim even though they have records of storms in the area during the specific time period and multiple homes in the area having to have the roofs replaced on their homes. Then my agent notifies me that they are dropping my home owners insurance due to the type of roof on my home. Loyalty gets you no where and I will NOT refer anyone to State Farm or to Isabelle Garcia.
