- SLScott LanceOct 17, 20231.0I give this insurance agent a big zero. No stars. They lured me in with a good premium for my homeowners. They went up 30% the very first renewal date. No person from this agent has called me. I did receive an auto reply that led to nothing. I'm going to be shopping for another company's policy. I'm very dissatisfied with AllState.
- BWBranden WardAug 29, 20231.0I would leave a zero star review if possible. After several attempts to get questions answered with no response or followup I changed insurance carriers. I called the office multiple times before my billing date (with my new policy active) I left a message every time. Suprise surprise, no response. They did however call me on my billing date to inquire about the payment. I advised them I moved carriers, and left messages to have my policy cancelled. They said they understood and hung up. Fast forward to August 29th when I get a collections notice in the mail saying I owe them for the policy that was cancelled. BAD BUSINESS. Strange that the collection amount s only for the single month that was to be cancelled. Steer clear. They will take your money and offer zero support.
