I live in AUSTIN, and my initial connection with State Farm is because their team reached out to me to see if I'd be interested in switching. I am in sales, so automatically I was impressed because the branch is in Conroe. 🙂 I received my quote, it was great, but my policy with my previous insurance wasn't over for a few months. Like clockwork, THEY followed up with me the 2 weeks before my policy would be ending, which impressed me EVEN MORE. I have now had my auto policy with them for quite sometime, and today after repeated spam emails from my renters insurance provider (same company that held my auto insurance previously 😡) dropped the ball and didn't auto renew the policy, the team at Stuart Miller II, got me a quote, took payment for the year and binded the policy to activate today, the last day of my previous policy. 👏 AND... ALL IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! PHENOMENAL TEAMWORK, CUSTOMER SERVICE & DEDICATION TO THE COMPANY THAT EMPLOYEES THEM! I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH. People do yourselves a favor, AND IF YOU NOT using the Stuart Miller II team for all your insurance policy needs SWITCH IMMEDIATELY! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!! 10 STARS ALL THE WAY! 🙂
