I was shopping around for auto and home insurance because after having USAA for about 20 years their home coverage was inexplicably too high. I couldn't believe how much I was going to be saving by switching, over $700 a year mostly for the home policy. The Allstate agent even helped me cancel my old policies over a conference call which led to the USAA agent trying to beat or match their rates but couldn't come close. Since then I have referred my family to Allstate as well.
