Just got a text from them asking if I wanted a quote, but for someone else (they are asking if X would like a quote and I am not X...) Avoid promoting insurance companies that use phishing tactics to get new customers. Either have competitive rates that trend downward or leave people alone.

She explained my options and responded to help me get my roofing upgrade applied to my policy for a discount that was much appreciated. The only reason I knew they had pulled my credit was that I received a legal notice telling me that my credit had been pulled and that they were required by law to request my permission ahead of time. Allstate corporate contacted the agency and the agent lied and said that I had given permission.
