  Probably using bad AI agents for communications with the public. Just got a text from them asking if I wanted a quote, but for someone else (they are asking if X would like a quote and I am not X...) Avoid promoting insurance companies that use phishing tactics to get new customers. Either have competitive rates that trend downward or leave people alone.

  Malena Munoz was very helpful and responsive to my questions as helped me in my homeowners renewal process. She explained my options and responded to help me get my roofing upgrade applied to my policy for a discount that was much appreciated. Everyone at Mark Jameson agency have been very helpful and courteous!

  Allstate has taken good care of me whenever I've had a claim. My RV insurance policy has been with Mark Jameson's for over 7 years now. When we moved to Texas a little over a year ago and needed texas car insurance, the allstate website tried to rout me to ano agent near our home instead of the agent we already had, I gave up on the website and called Jameson's office and haven't regretted it since. His staff is always willing to help, whether it's reviewing our insurance needs, adding or dropping a vehicle, or helping look into a claim.

  Recently have a accident where my truck and travel trailer were totaled. They did an excellent job helping me with the adjusters and the information that I needed. Can't thank them enough.
