  I cannot express my appreciation for Cheyenne Johnston and her efforts to find an insurance policy to fit our financial situation. She went way above and beyond looking for the right fit for us. In her defense, Cheyenne was competing with a very competent agent who, in all honesty, is like a daughter to us. This back and forth process lasted about 10 days or more. Cheyenne’s patience and kindness is unsurpassable. She consistently followed up with answers to all our questions, never appearing to being annoyed. She also knows all her products and options well. More than anything, Cheyenne is gifted with the ability to make one feel as much like family as she does a valued client. Truthfully, this trait caused us to almost hope that she would find the option that might cause us to change coverage. Your company should really be aware of just how great an asset you have in Cheyenne.

  Mehrnoush was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything in detail. I told her exactly what I needed and she did not try to force me in to anything else. She did tell me about all the extras so I would know all they had to offer in case I wanted to add on coverage later. It was an easy process without all the guesswork. I appreciate that

  We had an amazing experience dealing with Noush. She was well prepared with her home owners quotes, car insurance estimates, and offered us multiple options to ensure we were saving money while at the same time, purchasing adequate amounts of coverage.
