She went way above and beyond looking for the right fit for us. In her defense, Cheyenne was competing with a very competent agent who, in all honesty, is like a daughter to us. This back and forth process lasted about 10 days or more. Cheyenne’s patience and kindness is unsurpassable. She consistently followed up with answers to all our questions, never appearing to being annoyed. She also knows all her products and options well. More than anything, Cheyenne is gifted with the ability to make one feel as much like family as she does a valued client. Truthfully, this trait caused us to almost hope that she would find the option that might cause us to change coverage. Your company should really be aware of just how great an asset you have in Cheyenne.
