I have mostly communicated with Sarah Brooks and she is very patient and knowledgeable about the insurance products that State Farm offers. My husband and I have car insurance, home insurance, and life insurance through this agency and we are very happy so far with the level of service and communication.
- VCV CSep 18, 20252.0If your insurance is ‘set it and forget it’ this agency and company is fine- if you need to make changes though, be VERY aware that most of the folks in this office never have ANY clue what hat they’re talking about. I was given wrong information about my premium month over month and when I went to cancel I was told I was BACK paying for coverage?! Truly wild. Regardless- State Farm has antiquated systems, and processes in place and probably has a lot to do with why this agency failed me so badly over the last 4 months. I don’t recommend this agency really though- they don’t seem to take knowing what they’re doing all that seriously. We switched to Progressive who was not only cheaper with better coverage but way more transparent in billing and processes.
