This year, 2022, they increased my payments from $136.00 to $188.00 even though I did not have any violations or accidents. When I called to question why, they were very unprofessional and just stated it is due to inflation and there was nothing they could do. I went to Liberty Mutual and got a $130.00 a month payment on auto insurance. I called to cancel my Allstate insurance and instead of asking how could they help to keep their customer, Mary Beth quickly cancelled both of my policies and that was it. I have no regrets leaving this company and doing business with Liberty Mutual.
