  After being with David for nearly 9 years it was time for a change. After Jill left the office has been run like a circus. Every time you call it’s someone new and has no clue what’s going on so they say someone will call you back which never happens. They put my 2nd truck on a separate policy so this entire time I wasn’t getting the multi discount. Don’t ask to speak to David cause he is never been in the office so you’re paying him to play golf or to fish. Whatever he is doing it’s not putting your best interests first. I recently received a letter my truck was put a the non renewal without an explanation or reason. I have zero claims on my 2019 and that’s the one they put on the non renewal. Funny thing is my new agent called underwriting and got the truck reinstated without issues. My advice would be find someone that shows up to work for you and is making sure you are being taken care of. I spoke to you 1 time in 9 years because I was having issues with your employees giving me terrible advice to file a claim knowing I wasn’t doing repairs on a work truck and the other driver did a hit and run. Yes you were helpful but the damage was already done it went on my driving record which could have been avoided. I’ve asked for you multiple times and always got the same reply he isn’t in the office just like yesterday when I asked.

  I buy and sell motorcycles often, so we are calling in with changes often and well above what would be considered "normal". We have had nothing but excellent service from the team here, especially Monica.

  I've been getting all my insurance needs from David Schara for over ten years. He and his staff are top-notch. They are fast and efficient. Just as important, they make you feel like family when you talk to them. I called a credit union the other day and waited 15 minutes to talk to someone. I routinely deal with Jill at David Schara. Not only do I immediately get in touch with her, she usually has my request taken care of within five minutes! I don't know how she does it. You just can't beat that kind of service.
