- LJLance JohnsonDec 4, 20235.0I have been paying for insurance for over 30 years and I have never had an insurance agent support me like Brady. Every year as I renew my policy he and his team review it, make sure that I am not missing out on any discounts, answer my dumb questions about coverages, and make me feel that I am getting the absolute best value possible. More importantly, a recent hail storm just smashed my daughters car. Brady was my first call. He instructed me of the process and then guided me along the way. When the car was deemed a total loss, he was on all my emails with the adjuster and once again made me feel comfortable I was getting the best possible outcome considering the unfortunate circumstances. Most of my interactions with insurance companies have always felt like an us versus them situation, but with Brady and his team I finally feel like I had an advocate looking out for my best interests. I can't recommend him enough.
