  My boss who hired Robert Wilson had same experience as Barbara, and although Jessica was very pleasant (he said reason for 2 stars is her,) he has not heard from Robert. They gave him insurance, then removed it, then when he asked to cancel, they did not follow through and billed AND sent him to collections. He paid the bill then advised the team that they are to draft up documents to handle the situation.
