My husband (who is Jr.) called and spoke with Hugo regarding renewal of the policy and Hugo rewrote the policy still in Sr.'s name w/ a death certificate in hand. But now that we need the policy in Jr.'s name Hugo says they will not write us a policy. As per one of his office flunkees, "he will not do it because he has a feeling that the policy will be canceled." So much for customer service..... but Hugo was sure willing to keep a policy active and accept payment for a policy written in a dead man's name.
