- BMBilly MccawleyApr 10, 20245.0Great insurance company, tried transferring from state farm (mark leal agency) to be exact, to just be given the run around and ect, but jake bourns here at all state fought tooth and nail to try to help, and that was without me even being covered yet, he went above and beyond, great customer service and great agent, if he'll fight this hard for me, there's no telling how far they would go for their own people, thanks again to jake and all his efforts! Highly recommend
