Although we have been fortunate not to have many claims with them over the past 20 years, the ones we had were handled swiftly! Mindi has always been my go-to gal and has been so kind and helpful through any process, whether reviewing coverage, changing coverage, or guiding me on the claim process. I've had other agencies want to provide quotes to me and nobody can touch the rates I get with Allstate. I even moved to a new town that has an Allstate agent, but I choose to keep T.A. and his team as my home office!
