- RLR Luke1 day ago1.0I am very dissatisfied with Sarah Ernst's conduct today. I called to adjust my two policies with Allstate. Sarah was very unprofessional and she kept yelling at me over the phone. I asked her politely numerous times to stop yelling at me but it became impossible to continue the conversation with her. Sarah Ernst also changed my phone number without my permission to a number that is not even associated with me. Sarah also failed to verify my account appropriately. Changing a customer's phone number on their Allstate policies without their concent is unethical and it's against the law too. I called back a few hours later and spoke with Kasandra Lopez. Kasandra was truly amazing. Kasandra Lopez was very professional, courteous and attentive. Kasandra handled my concerns with ease & with professionalism. I will leave a 5 star positive review for Kasandra Lopez on a different forum (site) because she doesn't deserve to be associated with this horrible review with Sarah Ernst's name on it.

How can you refuse me insurance on my vehicle when it has nothing to do with my home? It sounds greedy and unprofessional
