I recently made adjustments to my policies and when I had a question the "lady" on the phone didn't even bother to try to explain or help me; she just rudely hung up the phone and I've been a customer for more than five years!!! Goes to show how much they care for the customers!!! 👎👎👎👎👎I just wish the conversation was recorded so I could file a complaint, but it seems the calls to the local agents are conveniently not recorded!!!
