    Got our new Texas Auto policy with Ali Flores today. Fantastic to work with. We were able to send her all our information prior to the first phone call so we didn’t have to wait over the phone while she got set up. She also saved us $160 a month and got us more coverage than our current insurance with providing same day coverage.

    Clay first returned a phone call after a VM I’d left inquiring about multiple types of insurance. Clay was succinct and concise in his questions, both pinpointing and at the same time, streamlining my needs and giving me some impressive price differentiation when compared to other quotes I’d been sent by other well known companies. In the intervening months since, I’ve contacted Clay several times when comparing vehicles I was interested in insuring and he always was forthcoming with his insight as to which path(s) would be preferable. If he didn’t have what he perceived as all HIS questions answered via his access to information he always would tell me he needed to check out a few things that he DIDN’T have ready answers for and call me back in a timely manner. Not once was that any longer than 20 mins!! Clay is ACES in our book!
