Allstate denied the claim and the reason that was given to me was that their insured wouldn't answer the phone. So according to Allstate it is okay for somebody to damage other peoples property and not pay for it just because they never answer the phone. Absolutely terrible way of performing business. I would strongly suggest going with an insurance company that has a more professional business ethic.
