Had a unique insurance coverage situation (after a couple years with this agent by now) that happened and after multiple attempts to reach them for help and guidance, no one ever got back to me. Still to this day, not a peep. I’ve never been more disappointed in an insurance agent. Don’t bother.

It seems like your classic bait and switch. The actual quote came in $1500 more than the mailer with less coverage. The rep mentioned possibly the deductible. My current is 1%. How much more would you have to pay to reduce the price that much?
