  Several years ago (2020) we chose to rent a driveway storage pod from Coolbox to hold household goods while we did a house remodel. At the time I was asked by Coolbox, the storage unit company if I wanted to purchase their insurance. I called the Maria Golseth agency beforehand to make sure my household insurance would cover my goods in the pod. An agent from the Golseth agency told me on the phone specifically as long as the pod was in my driveway my stored goods would be covered, so I declined the extra insurance offered to me by Coolbox. Believing the Golseth agency turned out to be a huge, very costly mistake. Our remodel went on for a couple of years, as this was during the COVID pandemic/shutdown and certain construction supplies had been tough to get. By the time we finished the remodel a couple of years later and opened up the unit, all of our goods had been destroyed by mold. When I made a claim, the Golseth agency refused our claim completely and told me it was a product liability claim. We reminded them of our promise that they made to us and also disputed their claim denial. They made ZERO effort whatsoever to make good on ANY of it. No discount, no credit, nothing. Coolbox told me I should have got their insurance and reminded me of the promise the Golseth agency made to me. We had over $10,000 in household goods in this unit, a lot of it irreplaceable such as sentimental items from when my son was born, expensive items we had obtained when on vacation, etc. All destroyed. Then it became a biohazard and caused me breathing issues because I am extremely allergic to mold. So there were doctors fees.. then finally, there were more fees for a junk removal company to haul it all off. Since then, I have complained multiple times about this and Maria Golseth has still not done a single thing to make this right. I would never ever trust them again. As soon as I can find insurance for a lesser cost I will definitely be switching insurance companies. Shameful!!!!!

  I recently changed my home & auto insurance to Allstate. Joanna Taylor worked really hard to get us the appropriate coverage. We are now better covered and at a considerably lower cost than our previous insurance. She took her time to answer all of our questions and explain Allstate’s coverage until we were completely comfortable with it. I highly recommend Allstate, Golseth & Puckett, and Joanna in particular!

  Joanna was extremely helpful and kind. I had a solid experience getting quoted on my home and auto policy. I really appreciate the time she took to walk me through everything and make sure we had proper coverage and an understanding of what that coverage afforded us. The icing on the cake was saving money compared to my previous provider :) 10/10 experience

  I found it necessary to get my auto policy updated and was able to connect with Susan Stutts. Am I ever glad I did. Susan was very diligent in getting my policy updated to what is best for me. I have had Allstate ever since 1977 and Susan stands out for the best customer service I have ever received. Susan Stutts is the best and I'd recommend people to ask for her specifically!   I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. John Barber of Allstate Insurance for a couple of weeks on a home coverage issue. Mr Barber got the background on the issue and got answers and a plan to rectify the problem within a day or two and always communicated daily until problem solved.
