    I had an absolute pleasure of being assistant by Towanna Williams today regarding my homeowner's insurance and we also discussed auto insurance. I cannot say enough great things about her! Towanna was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel extremely seamless and easy. Towanna took the time to explain every detail, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made sure I fully understood my options. Her professionalism and warm personality truly set her apart. It's rare to encounter someone who not only knows their job inside an out, but also genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Towanna is exactly that person. She was simply outstanding from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

    Bruh Sebastian is GOAT'ed. I came in confused about insurance and left feeling like I just unlocked a side quest with max stats. No NPC energy whatsoever. Low-key felt like i had a friend in the industry. Man explained everything without making me feel dumb, found me a solid rate, and actually answers his phone?? In this economy?? 10/10 would insure again. Hes Him

    Chloe Bryan was extremely helpful, kind, and saved us a ton of money. Progressive was going to charge us double what we're now paying with State Farm, and Chloe did an awesome job explaining what policy we'd need, and ensuring all our needs were met. Very happy we found this office.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had. Be very careful, especially if you bundle. They will SCAM you into staying! I switched to them because the bundled home and auto rate looked great. A few months in, my auto insurance jumped over $150 a month. When I called to switch companies, I was told that because I bundled, I would have to pay back the discounts they had already given me if I canceled early. The CSR even broke it down and said it could be close to $1,000. That scared me into staying. I had never paid that much for auto insurance, but I felt like I had no choice because I was told I would owe money if I left. Near renewal, I asked when my policy ended and was told I still had 6 months left. That turned out to be wrong. My policy was already in renewal. Before canceling, I called again and specifically asked if I would owe any back bundle discounts or fees if I canceled. I was transferred to an Account Manager who told me there were no fees and no back charges once rates were set. After I found cheaper insurance and tried to cancel, suddenly the story changed again and bundle discount charges were mentioned again. When I pushed back and said I had already verified there were no back charges, the explanation changed again. This felt extremely misleading and like a scare tactic to keep me from leaving. I stayed 4 extra months and overpaid because I was told I would have to pay back discounts if I canceled.
