  Steer clear. When I say they will never respond to you, I mean it. Had a unique insurance coverage situation (after a couple years with this agent by now) that happened and after multiple attempts to reach them for help and guidance, no one ever got back to me. Still to this day, not a peep. I’ve never been more disappointed in an insurance agent. Don’t bother.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!This insurance agency if they can be called an agency is beyond horrible. The office manager Rachel Davis got me the wrong coverage. After I caught her mistake she flat out told me she had gotten me the wrong policy. She got me two homeowners policies instead of one Homeowner and one Windstorm policy. She made 100 excuses never resolved the issue canceled the wrong policy. The owner main person Mr. Ahmed promised to get all the issues taken care of never took care of anything. This agency opened a third policy without my authorization. I started this nightmare with them 10/10/25, still today they have failed to cancel my policies and have failed to own up to any of their mistakes. I have had to contact Allstate directly and Texas Fair myself. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TROUBLE OPEN A POLICY WITH THEM. Today 10/27/25 is the first time (after a bad review) I get a direct explanation. I have emails and screenshots of proof of this agency's incompetence.

  Spoke with Rachel an manager about an issue she was not helpful at all and had bad customer service, glad I can cancel my insurance with this company

  I'm not one for leaving reviews, however after getting the mailer for a quote and then getting the actual price, I feel compelled. It seems like your classic bait and switch. The actual quote came in $1500 more than the mailer with less coverage. The rep mentioned possibly the deductible. My current is 1%. How much more would you have to pay to reduce the price that much?
