  We received outstanding service from Quanna to cancel the flood insurance policy on a home we were selling. She promptly followed up on our initial phone call to advise us about the steps to follow, and provided the necessary form and additional documentation requirements. She offered multiple ways to submit the form, and volunteered to send everything for us. Her quick turnaround and thorough communication letting us know the actions she had taken gave us peace of mind that everything was being handled properly.   Michelle Zuniga is absolutely amazing. I called the call center per usual and I was quite frustrated. Then sent in an email that was in my policy and was even more upset because i felt mislead because she was calling 😂 She definitely knew how to de-escalate everything and explained to me what was going on! Let me tell you she jumped in, stayed on top of everything and knew exactly what she was talking about. She is friendly, knowledgeable, most of all super caring!!! You need more agents like her! I can’t thank you enough Michelle for helping me with my difficult situation and handling it. You are the best!!

  No happy with the way yall did my renters insurance claim and honestly think it a scam on people cause yall don't ever intend on paying people for there loss of property and find ways to make if so hard to get it done ! I still am owed money and i have a feeling i will never get it !

  Had some recent interactions with Chelsea W. from our local Allstate (Diamond Guard) office. She was very friendly and followed through with all our concerns getting our insurance updated after a major claim we had over the summer. Chelsea called us, follow up called us, verified we had received emails etc.. She did her job and was extremely professional at all times. She is an asset to their office, and to Allstate.
