Amanda made sure I understood everything about my policy, took her time and I didn’t feel rushed. This is the most positive experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. I also dealt with Rita and all goes the same for her as well.

I've been with Allstate for years but wasn't getting any kind of professional servicve from my previous agent. I found Diamond Guard through a follow up call from their agency and emailed them about my issue. Erik called me within minutes of my email and set up an appointment to reviewed my policies (we have a bunch of them) in detail with me. He saved us a significant amount off of our premiums and improved our coverage. Then Amanda onboarded us and double checked everything. Everyone has been great to work with and I highly recommend their service as well as Allstate!

Sean also did an excellent job on transferring and set up life insurance policies for our sons, and he explained everything very clearly.
