A lady by the name of Jessica contacted me March 2025 telling me to start a new policy directly with the Beaumont office and she could get my policy lower, since switching to the new policy I started getting text messages saying I still owed on the old policy. j Jessica the rep told me not to pay on the old policy because the new policy was in place. Now I'm being told I need to pay for that old policy to renew my previous policy It's just a mess and NO ONE has a answer for me. I'm so upset and I can't get a call back from the office manager to discuss what can be done.
