  Have paid this guy for 6 years. At no point has he been involved at any level, despite me having multiple properties with him. We had hail damage last year, myself and my neighbor amongst many had significant hail damage. My neighbors insurance company covered the claim. I was told by my adjuster, after sending out a third party company which I literally couldn’t understand his language, that amazingly my property wasn’t hit by hail, it was just “granular loss”. Classic example of insurance companies not wanting to pay claims. I have a plethora of drone and first hand footage of the damage, supplied to me by the company I hired. So now, Daniel is mentioned in my correspondence with my real estate attorney, as I have many properties. Let this be clear evidence of Allstate’s classic insurance practices. Pay your premiums and deny at every opportunity. See you in court

  Finally made the jump back to Allstate today! I had a different insurance provider for a while, but Dshanna was incredibly patient with me over the last two years as I requested quotes every six months lol. She is always helpful and made the process super easy

  To all future Allstate customers, beware of Allstate. I was with Allstate for a good 5 months, and it was the worst decision ever. They encourage unlicensed drivers to drive on the road, even though state law mandates that all drivers must have a license to be on the road, no exceptions. I was hit by an unlicensed driver, and Allstate condemned me as at fault, not him. Even though on the police report shows and says that the unlicensed driver was at fault.I was left with a broken rib and had documentation of the broken rib I had to deal with the pain and unable to move around then normally because of the broken rib due to the accident of the unlicensed driver.It's sad and unfair how an insurance company could do that to somebody who is following the law and allow someone not following the law to get away with this. So, beware of Allstate.

  I pay 199 a month . Feels like alot. I was glad they lowered it for going paperless.
