- LKLevi KowalskiNov 6, 20251.0To all future Allstate customers, beware of Allstate. I was with Allstate for a good 5 months, and it was the worst decision ever. They encourage unlicensed drivers to drive on the road, even though state law mandates that all drivers must have a license to be on the road, no exceptions. I was hit by an unlicensed driver, and Allstate condemned me as at fault, not him. Even though on the police report shows and says that the unlicensed driver was at fault.I was left with a broken rib and had documentation of the broken rib I had to deal with the pain and unable to move around then normally because of the broken rib due to the accident of the unlicensed driver.It's sad and unfair how an insurance company could do that to somebody who is following the law and allow someone not following the law to get away with this. So, beware of Allstate.
