  The customer service from representative Yari ☺️ was outstanding. I was about to cancel my policy due to an issue, but the representative convinced me to stay with the company and went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't overcharged on my new insurance price. This is the lowest quote I've ever received. I was very pleased with the call and glad I received exceptional service.

  I spoke with Yeti regarding my payment, and difficulties I had logging into the app. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and nice as she walked me through each step. I was able to set up my account successfully via the State Farm app, & pay my current balance.
