Chris was so personable and generous with his time. He understood my stress and made it easy to buy the policy I needed. Although it wasn't the cheapest option, I think you get what you pay for and I'm willing to pay for great customer service. I highly recommend Chris and his agency and will continue to work with them. One day at a time!

I have not had any problems with coverage due to a couple accidents that were caused by children, not taking responsibility for their actions and stealing their mothers car. I was covered by Allstate I was hospitalized and in love with a fractured fine, dislocated shoulder, and also 200 knees and injured hip and a fractured spine. Thank you Alstate for being there and having my back.
- TFTrish FlanaganOct 24, 20221.0There was a time when I would have recommended you all but after my months long saga after the winter freeze that destroyed my home and I had to battle your company for every nickel I got and still wasn't made whole - through no fault of my own - I found it HORRIBLY disappointing that no one from my own agency EVER called to check in and see how I was doing and if needed anything. To me - WORST customer service in history. Unfortunately - again - through no fault of my own - when my renewal came up - because I did have damage to my own - I'm stuck with you all because all other agencies could quote me exponential rates. My only saving grace is y'all are stuck with me too and can't penalize me for my claim. Allstate is the WORST - Funk Family Agency also the WORST and I tell everyone this every chance I get!
