  Working with Destini was great. She took the time to understand all my insurance needs and set me up with home and auto coverage. She worked to find all the discounts I qualified for and saved me a bundle over what I was paying. Definitely five stars. Highly recommended!

  I received an unsolicited insurance advertisement from this agency that included a printed Google Street View photo of my actual home, my name and address, and a highly specific dollar amount implying I am “overpaying” for insurance. Even though the mailer cites public data, using an image of someone’s residence to pressure them into calling is invasive and unsettling. The message creates a false sense of insider knowledge and urgency rather than earning trust through transparent, respectful marketing. It felt manipulative, not helpful. This kind of outreach crossed a line for me. Based on this experience alone, I would not consider doing business with this agency.
