He's been my Auto and Home Insurance guy for a while now. What you want from any service provider is honesty, reliability, knowledge (if not wisdom), and responsiveness. Nelson delivers on all those counts and more. I've had different insurance folks over the years. But, Nelson, is by far the best I've had. He will be more than just an agent. He will be your advocate.
