- RCRobert Clark6 days ago1.0I paid off the balance of this in January. I even got a thank you letter saying I was All Paid Up. Apparently, that was not enough as now they are bugging me for a late fee on a $0 balance. Terrible and not even funny.

I took advantage of a policy review with Kimberly Nations today and not only do I feel confident that I’ve got the right balance of coverage vs deductible, but she found a fairly big discount we could apply to my ca insurance! Drivewise is also saving me money and I don’t even notice it’s on. Claims are the big test though. I just got a new roof due to hail damage & Allstate made the experience so easy. Filing a claim in the app was simple and the responses from inspection to payment were super fast. Thanks to the adjuster, Bobby King, I always knew where we were in the process and when I’d get the payments. I never had to worry about anything. Bobby was knowledgeable and on top of things, but also just a kind and helpful person. And, if I did end up needing help, I knew Mike and team had my back.
- NON obodyOct 16, 20235.0Visited my local Allstate Agent Mike Hammer on Wednesday, 11 October to request an adjuster look at my roof subsequent to the Hail Storm event on 09/24/2023. An adjuster was scheduled to appraise the roof on Wednesday, 25 October. The adjuster had an opening in his schedule, and arrived on Saturday, 14 October. After a documenting the damage, the Allstate adjuster presented me with a detailed list of damages and a claim reimbursement check on the spot. I was completely and pleasantly shocked with the rapidity of the Allstate response. Considering the widespread property damage to the Austin/Round Rock area due to this weather event, I cannot think of anything more I could ask of Mike and Allstate.
