- MWMark . WFeb 24, 20261.0Spent an hour on the phone being talked into switching to allstate. 3 properties, multiple cars, and more. Communication fell apart after that. I paid in full in advance over the phone for the whole year. With no phone call or email, some time in January I found out they canceled policies and refunded my credit card... back in November... and never told me. I found out by accident. after the initial sales call-I never got to speak to the initial agent and got handed around to assistants? who were less than thrilled I was a customer. At this point, I would NOT go back with these guys... terrible. And then it turns out the agent is not in Longview-they are in Austin...
