  Bridget was great to work with. She walked me through multiple options and helped me find the best coverage for my situation without any pressure.   I moved my Allstate policies to Jimmy Smith’s agency from another Allstate agency that was larger and far less personal. Mr. Smith reviewed our policies (4) and discussed each thoroughly with suggested optional changes that could reduce our costs. He followed up with a written email that summarized the potential changes. The end result is we have the insurance we need with a reduction in premium for two policies. He has been great to work with, very professional and quick to follow through. I think his agency is rated five stars.
