  Dana Spruiell and this Allstate Agency are unethical, fraudulent, and morally bankrupt with no respect for their clients' interests; this is stated as my experience as a long time, paying customer for mulitple policies over a 12 year period. Words are inadequate to express the disappointment, shock and anger incurred from the conduct of Dana Spruiell during one claim for a policy I had purchased for years. Details will follow this initial review, forthcoming after this case has been recorded for remediation with the State of Texas Department of Insurance. This level of outright fraud, contractual violation, and moral depravity must be recorded with the state agency whose very charter is to regulate the insurance industry. However, all current and potential persons in need of loss-coverage for personal property should be advised NOT to enter into any insurance policy contract with Dana Spruiell or Allstate because should you need to file a loss claim, every possible manner will be used to deny the claim and not pay loss reimbursement. I know: My claim was denied because I did not read the fine print of my policy while residing temporarily outside the US. For one year and nine months, I have attempted to work directly with Dana to reach a settlement but now, she will not even return phone calls. Being gaslighted and then ignored fully are further insults after experiencing how Dana and Allstate manage client relations during a time when I've been the victim of a crime and seek assurances / protection for my personal property. This agency is in violation of legally-enforceable oral guarantees made to me directly. They are unwilling to correct mistakes of error and omission, perpetuated solely by the primary agent herself, Dana Spruiell. The Dana Spruiell Allstate agency uses deception / delay / manipulation of facts to profit themselves at the expense of this policy-paying client - solely in the pursuit of revenue retention or policy claim denial metrics which must be some type of measurement goal used by Allstate. This is a statement of fact and historical record of business conduct, as I experienced directly while attempting to submit a claim for which I had believed was in effect with Allstate. IF you believe that your personal property is covered for loss by an insurance policy purchased through Dana Spruiell at this Allstate agency, then you will be HUGELY mistaken and financially burdened when your policy claim is denied, even due to error on the part of this agency. Dana, I truly expected better of you. You have caused such a loss of trust and faith that I can ever hold as an honest commitment - all because you didn't want to admit your error and file and Errors and Omission claim which is the B2B policy you carry for cases such as mine.

  Since signing on with Allstate they haven’t let me down yet and would recommend them to others. I carry full coverage on several vehicles and am fully pleased with their service!
